We exclusively use non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning products, protecting the health of your family, your guests, and your pets during every visit.
Cancellations and Pay
We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Payments must be completed at the end of the service to ensure compliance with the schedule.
Liability and Damages
We are fully insured. In the unlikely event of an accident, we commit to reporting it immediately and managing the corresponding repair or compensation within our policy limits.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area does not meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to correct it at no additional cost. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Limitation of Liability
Prime Property Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural wear of surfaces, or items of sentimental value that were not insured or notified beforehand. Our team operates with maximum professional care at all times.
Damage Report
Any accidental damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and take the necessary steps to repair or compensate for proven damages occurring during the cleaning process.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require a minimum notice of 48 hours for cancellations or date changes without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur an administrative service fee of 50% of the cleaning value.
Payment and Billing
Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless a prior billing plan is agreed. We accept electronic payments, cards, and cash. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of future recurring services.
Safe Access and Pets
The client must guarantee safe access to the property. For everyone's safety, pets must be in a controlled or secured area during the service. Our products are eco-friendly and safe for them, but free movement can interfere with cleaning.
